The terms that govern your use of the Borderlands Foundation website.
Standard nonprofit website terms — legal must review and approve before launch, and confirm the governing-law jurisdiction (Delaware / Texas / Ukraine) and the correct legal entity details.

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of The Borderlands Foundation (“Borderlands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at theborderlandsfoundation.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Borderlands Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 88-1118730). Our mission is to make sure Ukraine's heroes are never forgotten — through history, storytelling, veteran care, and diplomacy.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data in violation of these Terms, or using it to distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party payment provider and are, where applicable, tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are voluntary and, unless required by law, non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith.
The content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and the “Borderlands” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to the Foundation and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Some interviews and archival materials are made freely available for educational and non-commercial use with attribution; where a specific license applies, it will be noted.
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, our program sites, the shop, video platforms, and the donation processor). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation and its officers, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, indicated by a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
